I AM VERY HEATED IN I AM SO READY TO SUE YOU TALK SPOT U GUYS SET ME UP!!! N I CAN'T BELIEVE IT YOU HAVE ALL OF MY INFORMATION OUT THERE SO SOMEONE CAN COME SNATCH ME UP!!!! I AM GOING TO SUE!!! I DIDN'T KNO YOU WOULD HAVE ME OUT DERE LIKE DAT ALL OF MY INFO WAS SUPPOSED YO BE SECRETIVE AND YOU LET IT ALL OUT I WILL TRY TO SEE YOU IN COURT NEXT WEEK OR NEXT MONTH (SO SERIOUS)

Hi Mariah,

I'm not completely clear what the issue is, but I don't beleive we wronged you, intentionally.

I assume that you're upset because your website has personal information on it, such as your phone number and email address.  If this is the case, just remove it.  You even have the option to completely delete your website.  Yours is a free website, so nothing lost ... nothing gained.

TalkSpot, while a fantastic website builder, tends to tilt towards business use.  Specifically small to medium sized businesses.  Almost all businesses want to increase their number of customers and to do so, they want to display their contact information, like phone number, email and physical address.  If you were to build a site, right now, you will see many of them come complete with a map, including directions, to the location given.  It's intended as a perk to people and saves them time.  If this wasn't your intention and want that information removed, refer to the email sent to you with instructions on logging in, then remove that information.  You can also delete your website waving your mouse over the toolkit and selecting "Delete this website" from the bottom of the list.

You are in complete control of your website.  We work hard to make life easier for small to medium sized businesses.  If you want to hide your information, feel free to do so.

Please let me know if you would like my help with anything.  Because of the potential for this to be "shenanignas", I need to make sure it's really you.  Email me at sales@talkspot.com, from the email address used to build the original site, with instructions on how to proceed.  I will happily delete your site for you, once I know it's you.
