Use the Bulk File Uploader to transfer the files from your computer to ours (the icon looks like this:

Click within the editor window the location where you would like to put the link to your media file (the text to be clicked on that will start the file playing.

Once the files are completely uploaded, you need to go to the Document Manager, to add them to your web page. The icon for the Document Manager looks like this:

On the left side of the Document Manager Dialog Box, you can click the file that you uploaded, and on the right side, choose "_blank" from the "Target" drop down list.

For now, you cannot add players directly to your page. You can use the Document Manager to cause music or a video to play, but you cannot add a player. It is possible to put pictures on your site that cause a video or audio file to start playing when they are clicked. To do so, simply select a picture in the editor, prior to clicking the icon for the document manager.

Use the Flash Manager in the Page Editor. You get to it via this icon:

Flash is a programming language that makes it comparitively easy to put graphics and animation onto your webpages. That said, unless you are a skilled software developer, you are likely to find it quite difficult to program in Flash. There are sites around the net from which you can download pre-coded Flash routines to add to your website. These include cute animations, full animated games, widgets for checking the weather, and much more!
