  • What is a Group?
    • Groups give the system a way of referring to sub-groupings of visitors to your website. For instance, your website was initially setup to have two groups; Administrators, which are people who have the right to make changes to webpages, and Visitors, which is everyone else. Additional groups can be created, such as Employees, Gardeners, Customers, Homeowners, etc. Virtually anything can be a group. Visitors are placed into groups manually. If for instance, you want to move Visitors to identify visitors to your site as Employees, you have to manually identify them one by one. Once you have done this, you can work directly with the persons who are in a given group. Specifically, you can email all of the persons in a group, or hide webpages from persons who are NOT part of a particular group.
